The gearcase housings are used and still have their original paint. Be prepared to paint the gearcase to match your customer's engine.

Be sure to keep your shift rod and upper drive shaft for reassembly.

If the gearcase you are replacing on a V4 or V6 model has a one piece drive shaft, you will need to order the correct upper drive shaft for your customer's engine. Refer to the appropriate parts catalog for the correct upper drive part number.

All gearcases are shipped without gear lube, shift rod, or upper drive shaft.
