Smartgo backpack is a 15-liter backpack designed for everyday two-wheeler commuting, intended to integrate directly and functionally with the SmartGo airbag system. Its distinguishing feature is the possibility of being attached to the vest using convenient magnetic buckles: the removable shoulder straps of the backpack are replaced by the shoulder straps of the airbag, creating a unique, stable, and balanced system while riding. A solution that eliminates unnecessary overlap, making it simpler and more ergonomic. Crafted from polyester with a water-resistant coating, the fabric offers greater surface protection and wear resistance while maintaining lightness and flexibility.
The structure is organized to ensure maximum functionality: it features a large central compartment with a zipper at the top and a front pocket with zipper to enable everything the rider needs to be neatly stored. Inside, a practical organizer provides a space for every item. The two padded pockets accommodate a laptop of up to 15 and a tablet, while three additional pockets, one expandable mesh pocket ideal for a water bottle, one with fleece lining, and one with closing phase, complete the configuration, offering dedicated spaces for accessories and personal items. The padded shoulder straps are adjustable in length and removable thanks to magnetic buckles.
These buckles also make it easier for the user to move their arms when putting the backpack on over a bike jacket with protectors (or taking it off), where the size of the elbows could limit mobility. To attach the backpack to the Smartgo airbag, once the shoulder straps have been removed, simply slide off the magnetic buckles on the loops and fasten them to the appropriate loops on the shoulder and hip areas of the smartgo vest. The operation is completed by securing the backpack to the vest via the strap with button located in the central part of the top handle.
