Clutch Holding Tool for mounting / dismounting clutch without the need of an impact wrench. This tool holds the clutch basket so you can loosen or tighten the bolt. It can also be used for the large clutch nut.

Note: Depending on year of manufacture, the nuts in Minarelli engines have different sizes, and it is not necessarily clear what nuts were used.41mm nuts are the most commonly used ones. A holding tool for a larger diameter can open smaller nuts as well.
