Warning:

Before attempting to start your Polaris adjusting the air gap is necessary. Rotate the flywheel so the raised node is lined up with the pick up/pulser coil and adjust as close as possible but no less than 0.010".

This flywheel should only be installed on a 900W dual output system. You should not install this flywheel on a 660W single output charging system. Installing this flywheel on a 600W single output system will result in a voltage regulator failure.
