Universal REVOLT Bypass Voltage Regulator Upgrade Kit

The RMSTATOR Universal Bypass Regulator Kit is a great upgrade for any powersports vehicle.

This kit bypasses the original vehicle wiring and connections between the voltage regulator and the battery. Over time these old wires and connections add significant resistance to the charging circuit and cause a large voltage drop at the battery. This kit will make fresh connections from the stator to the regulator and regulator to the battery providing the best possible charging system output.

This kit is available with our REVOLT premium shunt style regulator, or our Series type voltage regulator with billet CNC machined case. It includes everything you need for an easy installation on any vehicle. You will see a charging improvement right away on most vehicles. Many older vehicles will improve idle RPM charging output by up to 1 Volt!

ABOUT THE BYPASS HARNESS

This bypass harness allows you to connect your new REVOLT regulator directly to your battery. Bypassing feet of wire and multiple connectors on your main wiring harness to provide a safer and more direct connection.

INSTALL LIKE A PRO

We include the opposite connector (main harness side) as we know these are often melted / corroded / defective. Defective connectors are a major cause for repetitive electrical issues.

Instruction:

Before installing your new REVOLT Voltage Regulator Rectifier Bypass Kit :

• Check the AC output of the stator
• Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator rectifier
• Check and repair any melted wiring
• Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors
